This Privacy Policy explains how Sciphy, Inc. ("SciPhy", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit our website and submit our demo-request form.
We do not knowingly collect more than this, and we do not require you to create an account. Under California privacy law these are “identifiers” (such as name and email), collected directly from you.
We do not use your form information for advertising, and we do not sell or share it (see §5).
We retain demo-request submissions for up to 24 months from the date you submit them, after which we delete them — unless your inquiry becomes an ongoing business relationship (then it is kept under that relationship), or we must retain it to comply with law.
The site is served over HTTPS, and submissions are stored in an access-controlled database. We limit access to authorized personnel.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.
Our site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics that track you across sites. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies/tokens to operate and protect the site (e.g., bot protection); these are not used to profile you. Because we do not sell or share personal information or run behavioral advertising, there is no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism to provide.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). We recognize GPC signals. Because we do not sell or share personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no sale or sharing for a GPC signal to opt you out of, so no change to our processing is required.
Do Not Track (DNT). Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. There is no industry-standard response to DNT, and because we do not track you across third-party websites or over time, our practices do not change based on a DNT signal.
Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to review, update, correct, or delete the information you submitted through our form by emailing the address below.
